WTG for your hubby so pleased for him.I did the same last week i went from a UK size 28 to a size 24 in jeans.I was so pleased and my hubby was really happy for me.I couldn't have kept on with this journey if it wasn't for him. :flowerforyou:

I had a break for 8 weeks due to personal reasons and started again on 14th January 2013,since then ive lost 8lbs :)

I will go to a gym at some point but i need to lose a good few pounds on my own first,i walk everywhere as we dont have out own transport and i just though i'd try the just dance as well,i want to go cycling but weather isn't right for that just now.

I bought them for my kids and it was my son who noticed there was a "sweat" section on it and mentioned it to me so i going to give it a go from tommorow,i cant afford the gym and i would be embarresed to go,so im kicking hubby out for an hour and going to give it a go then.

I know exactly know where your coming from i've been in the same boat,i'm 40 next year and have a mission to lose 7 stone,i didn't think i would stick with this but 9 weeks on i'm still here,if i can do this anyone can.I'll add you,we can do this :)

Its just that i have a bottle that i carry around with me which is 750ml and im classing that as 3 cups so would that be right or near enough?
