I've always been able to do push-ups..but can "lose" numbers if I haven't done them awhile or if my shoulder acts up. I notice I can do way more of I am in a contest against someone too.:smile: Wide push-ups, dive bombers, and one armed push-ups are my favorite. I always feel bad *kitten* when I do one armed!:laugh:

I love food too! The great thing is I have leraned how to make most of my favorites, healthy. Baking is tougher, I just eat that stuff in moderation...brownies are my downfall, oh and cheesecake...:laugh:

Yup..I don't think you stop being sexy just because you have reached a certain age. I also think if an outfit looks good on you...WEAR IT! I don't like many of the clothes that are geared towards women my age. Not to mention, they don't often carry my size or fit properly.

YES!I If you are stressed out then you need exercise all the more. Stress causes a rise in cortisol which produces belly fat. Working out will produce all those feel good endorhins and make you feel much better. What type of workout do you do? Are you having trouble fitting it into your day?
