Thanks...that is funny because that is the same one I found earlier today LOL! I actually was going to make it when I realized I didn't have any soy sauce. I think I am going to marinate them in some raspberry vinegiarette and call it a night...any seasoning suggestions with the raspberry?

Right now I am going to be using either white or wild rice (I have both). Unfortunately I don't have any teriyaki right now either but that does sound good :-(

The other thing is on mfp most of them just say soft pretzel so I don't know if that counts salt or other seasoning and/or cheese of if I should put that in separate and there they all range from 438-160 with maybe a few 200-somethings in the middle.

That is what I did last weekend because I had class all weekend and knew I was going to be eating out at least 2 out of the 3 days. I stayed within (or slightly under) my daily calories then actually went "Over" my daily calories by close to 1000 on Saturday, however at the end of the week I was still approx. 200 under my…

I just did something similar today when I went out with a friend to red lobster for lunch, however my take is that even though I went way over my calorie limit for today as long as I stay within my limits tomorrow I will still be under my overall weekly goal and that is what I see as counting more. Also, I know I am…

I love the Arc Trainer...I don't think the calorie counter is too far off. According to the machine I typically burn approx. 140-150 calories in about 15 min depending on how much effort I put forth.

I like the Jimmy Dean D-Light breakfast sandwiches, Special K breakfast sandwiches, wheat toast with raspberry preserves, 1 serving of cereal w/half cup milk, or protien shakes.

I just wanted to check back in and let you know that I tried this recipe this morning and LOVED IT!! I could barley taste a hint of the vanilla which actually gave it a real smooth taste (almost like orange julius).

I am 28 and working on my masters degree. Not exactly where I planned to be in life right now but things happen and you live and learn. I would like to eventually continue on to get my PsyD. Currently holding a 4.0 (even though that may not be the case anymore after this class)

Depending on what time you go to bed maybe try getting in 30 min. in the evening after the kids are taken care of. I am currently working part-time, in school full-time, and have two kids and a husband at home but I have gotten into the routine of going to the gym every other day during the week after I take my kids to…

30-90 Min. depending if I am going before work or on one of my days off. I try to go 2-3 days during the work week and 1 day on the weekend.

For the most part I love my gym and really can't complain considering the price (only $20/month), however I do miss the perks of having classes and a swimming pool/sauna room that I had at my old gym (even though I was paying WAY more)

I'm not really concerned with staying under a certain amount of calories because I usually drink these on days I go to the gym anyway. That sounds awsome...I am going to definately try this one. Unfortunately the rest of my family won't drink/use anything other than whole milk and I don't drink/use enough myself to…

I am getting ready to start using the Vanilla flavored whey protein and need shake ideas. I am very sensitive to taste so I am looking form something sweet (preferably fruity), smooth, and not chalky. Currently in the house I have kiwi, frozen blueberries, frozen strawberry/Mango/Peach mixed bag, 1 naked smoothie Mango…

Well I just bought a bottle of Cookies & Cream flavored muscle milk. I am going to try it after my workout on Sunday....I just hope it tastes good :-)

I typically run on an every other day schedule with getting in an average of 25-45 min. during the week and 45-90 min. on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. When I am there I do almost all cardio during the week and then on my longer days I try to do cardio and circuit training.
-
Typically her is my schedule: Week 1: Gym Mon. & Wed. typically 25-45 min. before work (amount of time depends on what time I actually get to the gym after dropping my daughter off at school) usually all cardio and Fri. & Sun. 45-90 min. cardio and circuit training. General activity levels at work and home varies from day…

For me it was fairly easy to get into this routine (even though I am not a morning person) for two reasons. One, I have to drive my oldest daughter to school in the morning which is half-way between my house and the gym and Two, I literally have to pass the gym every mornining on the way to work so I found it very easy to…

I usually get about 25-45 minutes in at the gym about 2-3 days a week before going to work in the morning and I have found that it seems to increase my energy level and also boost my mood.
