I walk to the gym )approx 1/2 mile), then spend about 30 minutes on strength training, 5 - 10 min on stretching, then a few core exercises. I am not a gym "enthusiast", but this routine is definitely helping.

Try Greek yogurt and bananas with some honey and cinnamon. Pretty yummy! It has a pretty good calorie count as well as being healthy food.

I have used steel cut oats for an overnight. It worked ok - I did use milk and yogurt instead of water, and also added some chia seeds and fresh fruit. Banana and cinnamon tastes good!
