KAPOW! There's your kick in the butt!

After the weight came to you and your waving arms, it strolled on over to my sign and flashing lights....however, I have lost 19lbs since being here. Welcome, you made the best decision!
-
Yay for you! Welcome, I wish you all the success in the world!

Jeremy, you're a guy...it's different for men.

With age comes struggle.....I know that at 37, I will never weigh what I did in my twenties. I will have to accept what is healthy for my age and height etc. You are beautiful at any weight, but I understand your frustration as I am having to work harder for it too while my husband stops drinking soda and loses 40lbs.…

They say to eat within two hours of waking up, and to eat 300 cals both at breakfast and lunch....make those two meals your biggest. Two snacks of 100 cals or so, and then a light dinner. So, that's what I do, and it works for me.... Hope this helps.

I started 30day shred yesterday.....

Have you been working out? Could it be that you have lost fat but gained muscle? Are you eating good calories??
-
No one has even noticed that I've lost 19lbs. I feel invisible, I'd give my left arm for SOMEBODY, ANYBODY to notice that I've lost the weight. Especially my hubby.

Add me girl, we can kick each other's butts!

There is a reason you are not doing this, and it's not because you CAN'T do this, but that you don't want to. Something about being overweight is working for you.... I would suggest that you find out the emotional stuff, and clear that away. Perhaps you could do both at once? Start slow, and do it for the right reasons. Do…

I was thinking every other day too....I will see how my muscles are tomorrow! Right now it's taking all my effort just to sit on the toilet! Darn squats and lunges!

Hey there, feel free to add me! I like to know there are ppl on here to go to when I'm unsure or feeling unmotivated. Mostly ppl on here are extremely supportive and helpful, but occasionally it does get lonely if you don't get to know them. Good for you for being here, and for asking for help and support! Suzanne

I did Level 1, Day 1 today and I wanted to kick Jillian's *kitten*. Ok, that's a bit much, I muddled through it and now the jelly legs and arms are here and I feel like I can't move! I also ran a mile and went for a walk with the baby and lifted weights. Maybe I'll do one thing per day, maybe two and then I won't feel like…

I had my tubes tied, so I better not be pregnant!

That actually makes sense, the hormones have to catch up to the weight loss....thanks, and I'll double check with my doctor!

I had it on the 17th, today is the 28th, so 11 days ago.

Cheers!

Just went in and deleted my profile and to be honest, I didn't even have to pay. My now husband 'smiled' at me and we started emailing, then the one phone call and we met and here we are! (he paid for his membership)

Hey Jess, how do you add your goals in green underneath the ticker???

I used lavalife.com 5 years ago, I married the man of my dreams and we have two beautiful girls together. I knew the minute we were matched that he was the one...and so did he! Dreams can come true....

Mine is good, I use Mozilla Firefox for a browser....

I think it's ok to have a little chocolate, as long as you are sticking to your plan and exercising. Don't make it an everyday thing...

I will be one day behind....so I will start tomorrow. I had a one year old who didn't nap....but I managed to put her in the stroller and go like stink! I walked and walked..... So, I will report tomorrow...wish me luck!
-
I have it sitting on top of my dvd player, but have yet to do it. How did you find it? Was it fairly easy to get through? I have a one year old and I have to wait until she goes down for a nap...but I could start if you want to encourage each other.... Let me know... s

Increased fibre and water darlin', nothing to worry about. If you are also exercising where you were not, you are gaining some muscle tone in place of fat, and muscle weighs more even if it's only a few ounces at this point. Good luck! You are doing the right thing!

That's fantastic! Way to go! You are an inspiration for me to keep at it! Here's to a successful lifetime of nutrition and fitness! Cheers!

I find that logging EVERYTHING that I eat holds me accountable. I see what I'm eating and learn to choose alternatives that are lower in calories or fat and sugar. I eat more protein when I'm walking/running/lifting weights and drinking more than 8 glasses of water per day. It takes a while to get into the swing of it, but…

Thanks everyone, I found it...only to discover that I had only burned 58 stinkin' calories!

Sadly, the women in the commercial for the Reebok ones were born with nice butts and legs, they have no reason to wear them! Sigh.... I wonder if they really do work.....
