I ate the cake. I did it and I'm glad. Does house cleaning and running up and down the stairs doing laundry count as exercise?

I haven't decided which one will win yet, my be is on the cake. I ate a bowl of corn flakes but still want the cake. Can't stop wanting the cake, needing the cake...dreaming of CAKE! Really, it's not that great of a cake, but I never met a cake I didn't like.

Cut up your fave fruit and make or buy a yogurt dip! Same with the veggies....also, chips and salsa are a good snack to get rid of the munchies. You could also make a punch with light cranberry juice, orange juice and sparkling water. Add some frozen strawberries and blueberries to keep it cool! Hope it helps!

Losing too much weight too quickly, or not eating enough will do this...so be sure you watch your calories and exercize!

I had bladder adhesions, my bladder had attached to my uterus and had to be surgically separated....it was not pretty. So, that's what they are....

The good news is....that your metabolism is 30% higher during your menstruation cycle, so they say that is the time to eat it if you are going to. I want to know why I just finished my period and decided it was ok to eat a dozen oatmeal raisin cookies that I baked for the 'kids'.

As they say...buy clothes to fit the largest part of your body and then tailor tailor tailor! Clothes that fit properly no matter what the size will always look smaller. Congrats on all your hard work! S

Don't you love the deflated feeling after just having a baby? Ick. I still have it, and I think it's going to be here forever. I'm considering giving in and just wearing a scuba suit underneath my clothes. You know, the mom uniform consisting of sweatpants and oversized tees. Go easy on the bike, don't overdue it and hurt…

I had GD with my last baby, 7 months ago. I gained 40lbs before I knew I had it. I had to go on insulin and a strict diet and didn't gain more than 5 lbs or so the last month or two. Education is not based on physical appearance or health. Period. In this fight for equality, how could something so ridiculous be going on? They let GW Bush into Harvard, and then graduate with a C average...so I guess it's not the first stupid thing American schools have done.

Great advice Banks! I'm going to follow that one.....because I know that I'm overweight for two reasons, one, I've just had child number 5, and also because somehow it works for me. I hope to figure it out...because I'm so tired of carrying around these extra 50lbs. S

Man, I need some motivation to get exercising! I feel like there is no point, that it's going to do nothing. I feel like I have to work 100 times harder this time around to get back down to normal size. I've never been so heavy. Anyone have some advice?

It wasn't Thanksgiving here, but I consumed around 4000 calories. Ugh. I ate some peanut butter cookies and some chocolate, but strangely ate well the rest of the day. Funny how things add up! Today is a new day.... S

I hear ya girl! Although, the hard truth is that the candy didn't make you fat again, you did. Same as me, no will power, chocolate is my cryptonite. Don't feel badly, the holidays are all driven by food. Parties, gifts, get togethers.......there is food for every occasion. Please don't feel ashamed of having your photo…

I agree....get what you are going to eat all at once, within reason, and don't go back for more. Drink a ton of water or seltzer or tea (the hot herbal kind). Have a bite of some sweets, in moderation so that you don't make yourself nuts! Good luck!

I fell off the treadmill and bounced onto the one beside me and shot backwards off of it because it was also on. My elbows are skinned down to what feels like the bone! My sympathies to you and your eliptical experience...

I apologize for the way this sounds, but who cares what other people see? Are you not glad for your health and energy? If they judged you when you were overweight, than are they worth having as a friend? Congrats, and I'm glad you feel great!
