I will say it again, as told to me by doctor's and nutritionists who have made me a believer......a bowl of cheerios and skim milk will fill you up and keep you sleeping like a baby. Just enough sugar to keep your blood sugar at a good level. Enjoy!

Inches lost are a better judge of fitness and weight loss than actual weight. You are trimming fat, and muscle weighs more. Always go by how your clothes fit, not the scale!

Over my cold, dead body. I need my morning coffee.

My tummy...I've had 5 children, all very LARGE babies, and 4 c sections.

Do guys get the same thing when their samosas hit their legs while working out?
-
That's perfect! Enough to keep your metabolism high! Eat loads of high fiber and protein.....
-
ABSOLUTELY! Your diet change will have tremendous effects on your hormones....exercise will help with that!

I say Why Not Chocolate? Bring it on! You can also buy 1% and skim chocolate milk, well, in Canada you can!
-
Nice to see more men wanting to take care of their health! The EU diet is much different from the American diet.....the Canadian diet is a bit better but getting worse as the years pass..... Why is everything that's so good, soooooo bad? Welcome, and best of luck!

I burn around 250 cals for Level 2....I lost 3 inches around my hips and waist in the first 10 days. do it, it's worth it!

Back to the boobs situation....Does anyone else's boobs rest comfortably in their armpits like God intended when they lie down at night?
-
I'm on day 4 of Level 2 and I burn about 250....under Circuit Training.

I used to live on the 11th floor of my appartment building and I would run a few floors up, and some down, and then back up to the top, and then down a few more than before. After i was done almost dying, I would head to the pool and jump in! This was followed by the hot tub and sleep. It's fantastic exercise and gets…

That is fantabulous!

I eat such high fibre foods, that I feel quite full after most meals...having said that, I get hungry around 8pm every night and soooooo...I'm going to start having a small bowl of cheerios and skim milk so I sleep better.

I love Everlong...cuz I love the Foo's...however....when I need to get movin', I dig 'I Got A Feeling' by the BEP's....and some other stuff from way back in the 80's and 90's with bass. I used to DJ, so I have a whole playlist on my iPod that I use for cardio.
-
I walk an hour a day with my kids...and do Shred. I started running 3km a day back in March, but now that the weather is warm and sunny, I get outside as much as I can! I've lost 20lbs or a stone and 6lbs in your country! ( I used to live in Windsor)

6.41 cals per minute...

If they have Zumba, I have been told that anyone can do it, and it's very fun! I'm thinking of trying it myself!

Above belly button for waist....under your rib cage. Hips are where your hip bones are, and unfortunately where your baby pooch is too. You can measure at the saddle bags too if you like, and don't forget to measure your chest, which for some reason is not on here.

For the love of God! Does anyone keep breasts in their bras anymore? Is it just me?

Remember when we used to reward ourselves with food? Man, the good old days...NOT!
-
When you are hungry, eat. When you are working out, eat a bit more protein. If you are under, you are under.....just make sure you meet the nutritional requirements for the day....add a protein bar or more fruit and veg.

The only way to know the cals burned is to find someone with a heart rate monitor who has done the workouts that you have, or get one for yourself. Sculpting is more strength training...and cardio is well, cardio! I do 30 Day Shred and it's under 'Circuit Training' because it does strength and cardio together evenly.

It would classify as DARN HARD WORK!
