Nowhere to rest your coffee or plate when you are eating in front of the television! Crossing your legs easily, climbing a flight of stairs and not having to catch your breath. Clothes that don't touch any part of your body....so many things....

Shred is fantastic! I'm on day 12, and I"ve lost 2.5" off of my waist and hips! It's not that hard, there are modifications for an easier workoug but it's still effective. Good luck!

I would say do Hip Hop Abs and P90X.....if you are looking to get rid of some of the tummy. Also, watch you sugar and carb intake as it deposits right on the tummy. S

There are 'girdles' for men and for women. You just have to look for them. My belly jumps too...it's because I've had 4 c sections and I will never have a flat tummy. They cut through the muscles and everything and can never put it all back together properly. I'm in the market for something too....Spanx? Do they have Spanx…

Oatmeal. High fibre anything...with a glass of water, fills you up. Fruits and proteins....egg whites, cheese, peanut butter..with an apple or berries. PROTEIN and FIBRE will fill you up every time!

Are you not eating well now? And by the way, there is as much crap to eat down there as here. Fried foods, desserts...etc. There is no difference unless you have never eaten a veggie or a piece of fruit! Have a great trip, relax and enjoy. Keep active in the pool and walking the beach!

I have a larger frame, so 107lbs for me would not work at a height of 5'4". I try to go by bmi as well, and keep closer to 130lbs. My range being 107lbs-147lbs.

I did day 7 today, and I'll do level one for 3 more and then go to level 2 for another 10 days. I can already see the difference in my body, and I've lost a whole pound!
