I am just starting the "rest week" of my first round of insanity. I really like insanity and I feel like I am getting a good workout but so far I haven't really noticed any results besides increased stamina when working out. How long did it take everyone else to notice results as far as your body changing etc?

Hey guys, I went away this weekend and didnt get much chance to exercise but I did get in all of the water.... I didnt lose any more weight, luckily I didnt gain any either. Hey guys! I only lost 1/2 a pound this week but I did get sick at the beginning of the week and wasnt able to work out as much as I had planned. I am determined to meet both of the goals for this week and am excited to start!! CW: 177 GW: 176 for next week final GW: 155-160

wasnt feeling good the past few days...but I managed to get 555 calories done today, now I only have to burn 1000 friday, saturday and sunday...lol

I usually do really good on the days I do long cardio sessions cause then I drink a lot of water after it, but on more normal days like when I just do strength training or an exercise DVD I find it hard to drink 8 glasses.
