What foods have iron in them

Hi,
I tried looking this up on google but the results were kind of confusing.
Just wondering what healthy foods have some iron in them. I have been bruising like crazy so I changed my micronutrients to track my iron and it turns out most days I am only eating about 1/4 the amount mfp recommends .

* Red meat
* Egg yolks
* Dark, leafy greens (spinach, collards)
* Dried fruit (prunes, raisins)
* Iron-enriched cereals and grains (check the labels)
* Mollusks (oysters, clams, scallops)
* Turkey or chicken giblets
* Beans, lentils, chick peas and soybeans
* Liver

Spinach is great. I eat it almost everyday in salads, smoothies you name it. Other than that, I'm not quite sure either.
Oh yah, I forgot- dark meat chicken has more iron than white meat0 -
If i remember rightly you also need to make sure you have plenty of vitamin C to absorb the iron.0

Iron can be found in meat, poulty and fish and some dark green veggies. Some examples of foods with high iron content include steak, spinach, broccoli, black beans and there are also some enriched breakfast cereals with high iron content. Sometimes it is hard for the body to absorb iron and it can be recommended to take iron with Vitamin C to increase absorption. (This is all from my nutrition book, as I am taking this class as an elective).0

thanks everyone.
I take vitamin c tablets so the absorption should be no problem,just have to get it in me.
I eat spinach almost daily,guess I will have to find at least one other source of intake to go along with it.0
