I go to the gym for 1.5-2 hours... I have a heart rate monitor with a chest strap. It's new, called a polar. And it's set to my age, weight and height.. So I don't have to calculate anything, it does it all for me.

What is TDEE? No not 1000 cals for all three work outs, my workouts are half cardio half weights. Umm well after the gym when I'm on my 1500 cals I am soo hungry! I usually eat back half of my cals burned. If I didn't make it to the gym I'm not as hungry. But it's hard to keep my cals down to 1500. I guess I'll play around…

Thanks ladies! My son just turned 14 months, I'm ready to wean him. Not because of weightloss, but because I'm ready to stop.hes eating mearly for comfort which is fine, but he is starting to throw tantrums when he wants to eat. I feel like it's time. Yeah was in a stall with not losing anything for 3 weeks. I downed my Cals to 1400, so about 200 for nursing. I eat some of my Cals back from working out. Just started so this is day 3 . So far I can say that my diet has tightened up quiet a bit! Feels like I'm eating 1200 Cals ahaha I def think that was the prob. But now…

I am using a polar watch with heart rate monitor. It has a waist strap so I assume it's more accurate than MFP estimate of Cals burned. I get my Cals to eat from a website, so I do 1200 just for me then I added 300 for breast feeding since he eats quiet a bit. I added 200 but bumped up to three because I was told my body…

Hey there mama! To be honest I just eat about 2000 cals, my LO eats a lot! I will just set my cals to 2000 so I don't have to add my BF cals in every day. I have three kids so I want to be as accurate on MFP as possible (ie not forgetting to log a snack or meal) . This is much easier for me . Hope this helps!

That makes sense! I did mess with my macros yesterday. I'm new to it, but I'm excited to see a change, I did notice a difference in inches . I know this will be a slow and steady process. Did u notice a drop in ur supply?
