I was 17 when I graduated and weighed 85lbs. When I got pregnant at age 18, I weighed 88lbs. My goal now is 110lbs.

10! You're gorgeous!

I'm on day 3 of week 3. I also do an hour of zumba every day, but today I overdid it, my knee is aching. I love it, though, I can definitely see a difference.

Thanks all, for the great facts and opinions. I know I shouldn't drink either one, but for now, cutting back to 1/day is what I'm going to do. That is, until the last 10 cans are gone, then I'll try not stocking it in the house. :-D

I think the main problem when you get into the salads is what kind of meat, are there croutons, and what kind of dressing. Cheese can also make a huge difference. If you put your own, low fat dressing on as opposed to having them dress the salad for you.

Swamp People and Gold Rush...maybe I'm a dude at heart ;-)

I do zumba 4 times a week at the gym, each class is an hour. I lost 20lbs in the first 5 months, without watching what I was eating. The toning effect is awesome too! I'm totally addicted!

Crab legs with butter and LOTS of lemon.

I'm 4'10" and weigh 135 currently :-( My goal at this point is 115, anything less would be extra rewarding. I have a small frame, so when I married, I weighed 92lbs. Believe me, when you're this short , even 5lbs shows.

Thanks all for the encouragement, I would love to do a buddy train, but I don't have anyone disciplined enough to do it with me. I'm also getting certified to teach zumba in December, so more classes should help as well. I've also had 4 children and am about to become a grandma, so I need to do this for me, I got lost in…

I just watched it Saturday on Netflix! It was VERY motivational, but I'm with you, and don't need to do a complete juice fast at this point. His results were amazing, but I was more amazed at the truck driver, he had fewer financial motivators or support systems, just a good ol boy, and he lost TONS of weight! Very good…

Ok, thanks All for the replies! I figured it was too high :-( Considering that I would be losing weight like crazy if it WAS accurate, lol. I guess I'll have to look at the Polars.

Hi Ladies! I am 4'10" and run between 135lbs-138lbs. I lose inches before that scale will ever budge. I never eat the 1200, and have not had a ton of luck, I keep hoping the scale will all of a sudden start to move. If you go to livestrong.com, you can enter your height and weight and lifestyle and it will give you lower…

Sorry ladies, was missing all weekend, had construction going on in my home. Then found on Sunday I'm going to be a grandma, needless to say, I spent a couple of days being a little whacked out over that. I HAVE been exercising, just not logging. One day of 30 day challenge, and zumba the other days.

Did about 45 mins of walking instead yesterday, had a slight emergency, requiring me to leave my house (and my Wii) for the day. Will be doing day 1 today.

I've got the game, and have also started and stopped multiple times. I'll do it with you!

I do the Biggest Loser Bootcamp workout dvd with Bob. It's great! It also progresses to longer, more intense workouts after you've been doing the beginner portion for 2 weeks. I also have the EA Sports Active game for the Wii. That one is also very good, and you can customize your workouts for certain activities that you…
