9! Awesome progress!

We all fall off the wagon from time to time, the best thing is that you've already self motivating to get back on track. Don't beat yourself up too hard, but it's good that you're willing to start climbing the hill again and start pulling it back. Try to keep that motivation and take it one day at a time, try to build up…

So inspirational, you're looking amazing, well done!

1200 seems a little on the light side...why do you want to eat so little? Especially if you are trying to gain muscle too?
-
The advice above about eating more is great (: Don't forget to keep hydrated too though, drink 8 glasses of water a day and more if you are exercising hard, it can help with weightloss and keeps you healthy (:

126lbs lost? I would say "Inspiring"!!

Best advice from me would be to research the sorts of foods you're likely to be eating and have an idea of calories fixed in your mind before you order so you can keep a mental tally throughout the day. Have light lunches and light breakfasts if you're going to be eating a big meal, avoid snacks etc. Try not to drink…

You're doing fantastic! Looking good! :D

Hi there, great job so far! Great that you're focusing on health not the number on the scale! If you're worried about portions another good tip is to try and make everything you eat a bit colourful, nice salads with bright green leaves and red tomatos, fruit salads, soups and curries etc. Just having your food look…

I've had problems with alot of negativity too from all sorts of people. They best thing I've found you can do is get out of the negative place. Just leave if you can, don't talk to the people who bring you down and try not to dwell. Don't rise to it, it's only what they want. Go find happier people to be around (: If you…

Ohh ok, thanks! I've never heard of these, what are they? I will have a google. I heard that having a cheat day or a cheat meal every so often can actually help weight loss! So I might try that as like you I was on 1200 and I struggled to lose big. I'm trying to make a big impact while I have time to focus on my diet and…

Wow, fabulous job! Hot mama!

Not sure about exact calories but if you mix ground oats with a banana into a thick dough and bake it it makes yummy low calorie cookies! (:
-
I have this problem too, I was doing quite well in the diet a while back but then I stopped and I've put quite a bit back on. Now I feel really chubby and it's so hard to work to gain that ground back. Try not to look at the big picture; take baby steps! It's all about small victories, congratulate yourself on healthy…

Freezer bags and Tupperware are great, the food doesn't normally get freezer burn unless you leave it in there for months. Plus Tupperware stacks nicely! Freezing portions of meals is a godsend, whenever I can't be bothered to cook there's always something tasty in there! Plus if you make different meals for a week and…

Yeah scales are super frustrating. Definitely make sure you have them on a hard level surface like tile or wood, carpet is useless. I picked up a nice cheap set in sports direct that seem to do the trick pretty well. Once you have a set just stick to it and then at least there's some internal consistency. Also try to weigh…

Hi Richard, don't give up! It's so easy to lose faith but try to stick with it. Just had a quick look at your diary, I see what you mean about that protein! How long have you been on this diet plan? Looks like you're really good with logging your food and exercise which is great. If you've not been on the diet plan for too…

Eating smaller meals more often can keep your metabolism working at the same rate for longer so it can be really helpful to eat small meals 5 times a day or to have 3 meals and 2 snacks in between. As for the calorie limit that doesn't seem too low if you're working out alot, and if you're calorie intake is too low people…

Dieting can be really tough! Try to bulk out each meal with fruit and vegetables, they're full of water so they'll be low on calorie but they make your plate look fuller and you feel like you've had a lot more to eat. Try to stuff your lunch sandwich with lots of lettuce and have a fruit salad and have a big portion of…
