I make baked kale chips and sprinkle a little bit of parmesan cheese on them a minute or two before I take them out of the oven. YUM!

I used to drink about 1/2 a bottle of wine a night. decided to cut it out during the week, not so much because of the calories from the booze, but because of the poor choices it lead to. Walking is great for helping to combat depression. Are you seeing a doctor? Do your meds need to be adjusted? Please take good care of yourself. You can do this.

I find that if I don't eat enough protein for breakfast I am hungry all day. Try hard boiled eggs or natural peanut butter.
