Hard boiled egg and a pbj (jelly is low sugar) I'm also on the go morning times so I'll grab an apple, banana, slice of bread w/ peanut butter, also you can get the 1 minute oatmeal throw some nuts, raisins and cinnamon.

Do any of you all use the Sugar tracking on MFP or do you adjust it to a diff. number and carbs.? Cause I noticed when I workout the tracking number on there raises up. I don't get that..

87, I know that's not diabetic, but I've been reading up on it and its been like that since she told me to lower my A1C level..

My Doctor told me to control it NOW before it gets out of hand. I guess she noticed an increase when I do my yearly check ups..

I'm also trying to cut back on sugar, and its in everything! Breads, pasta sauce. yogurts etc. I would just stay with plain yogurt and add a little raw honey and fresh fruit. Cut back on carbs. And i'm also looking for a great granola bar to make. Hopefully someone will post one.

I know what you mean about the oil! So what I do is put a little oil and once you see it sticking I add some water instead of MORE oil. Or some broth.
