Liquid meals are usually a part of a fasting regimen. You break the fast with a so called "sensible dinner." (If I could eat a sensible dinner easily I wouldn't need to lose weight in the first place, so this is not helpful advice, imo, but I digress.) If you would like to try intermittent fasting to see if it works for…

I didn't make up ethical vegetarianism. It's been around for millennia. You did, however, make up the need to eat chickens, or other animal products, for human health. That is a myth that has long been debunked. A vegetarian also requires no supplementation. Eat 9 cows and 50 chickens a week if you want, it's none of my…

There are no foods that will reduce belly or any other kind of fat.
-
I disagree, but that's not the point. Eating free range chickens is a weak alternative to ethical vegetarianism.

Look into HIIT.

Swimming :)

Yes, they are really nice to the chickens before they cut their heads off.

If IF works for you, maybe try a 16/8 regimen and see if it is easier to comply.

Starvation mode is a myth. If you eat more calories, you will weigh more over time. This is an incontravertible fact. There are other possible good reasons to eat more calories and lose fat at a slower rate. Eating more to lose more is not one of them.

It's the new scale. Every scale is different. No scale is accurate.

I think what you meant to say is that it works for you. So far.
-
True, which is why I did not use the words "eliminate" or "permanently."
-
I'm skeptical. There are no peer reviewed studies, and, from a common sense perspective, the chance that sticking needles in your skin would make you less hungry seems small. Maybe find a less expensive way to harness the placebo effect, maybe meditation.

There can be a psychological avdvantage to vegetarianism if you eat a lot of high volume to calorie ratio foods. Everyone is different. Of course, it will not in and of itself lower caloric intake and lead to fat loss. It can't hurt to try and to see if it helps you, and fits your temperement, in consuming fewer calories.

Make sure you've read the second pinned post at the top of the discussion page. There is a lot of good advice there.

Mfp isn't too bad for sports based activities like running or cycling. I would avoid logging every day activities like housework, they are easily over estimated.
-
I suggest avoiding fried foods and using olive oil sparingly as a condiment. That's more flavor for a smaller portion.

You could run a marathon and not burn 3200 calories. Scales are inaccurate, weight flucuates, fitbit overestimates. Forget about it.

Drink when your thirsty, you'll feel better.

Hold on to your wallet.

It's the most important meal of the day. Just kidding, it doesn't matter

So, you're unwilling to put your money where your mouth is. Case closed. Also, science. Like, 18th Century science.

Consuming fewer caloies.
-
Fact: 100% of losing weight is done by consuming fewer calories. ^^^good advice, though :)

Why don't you eat 5000c/day without carbs for a month and report back to us. Prove us wrong.

Possible? Yes A good idea? No Better to think in terms of good health than clothing size.
-
Am I guessing that a 5000c a die diet won't result in weight loss? No, it's an incontrovertible fact.

Burrito (But that's just me)

It could be unnecessarily expensive. It could limit important micronutrients.
