I made my shopping yesterday. I did pick up some of your suggestions They were low on stock and quality in the vegetable area…no cucumbers and the bananas were too ripe. Thanks for that information, I’m using olive oil instead of margerian. Today is 1 week on this Mediterranean diet I have lost no weight, but I have lost 1” off my belly. It’s the only measurement I took when I started this. Feeling good about this so far. I’m looking to see some weight disappear soon.

Start going for short walks...then wake your walks a little longer like 45mins. after about 3 weeks you will feel better. To get things going start by just walking around the house for 5 mins....Now your on your way You need to take that fist step... go for It!

I'm new in the gym so my workout time has been all over the map. On Sunday I went at 330 am, there were not too many people there. Today I went at 4:30pm wow I won't do that again, it was a bit too busy. I would say the best time for me to hit the gym is just before lunch, this way I can get things rolling in the morning…

If your building some muscle while excecising Sleep is VERY important...end result weight loss. So if you are hungry at that time eat something light. Try to not eat just before bed time though.
