yes its the powdered peanuts with the oil removed. I get mine on netrition.com but i heard that peanut flour is the same thing. they have that there too. I use it in everything from pancakes to shakes and its awesome!

I have to do this for my husband too and i usually do 1 sandwich with wheat or rye bread and a container of leftovers too. Usually turkey meatloaf, cut up cooked chicken and rice, or something similar.

i like to mix up a quick tuna or chicken salad or use leftovers. also i get low carb wraps from trader joes and they are really good with anything on them. I use them for pizzas or chicken or whatever you want on top.

I eat ALL of them but i hear that almonds are the best. I get the unsalted ones and i actually like them better. Cashews are my favorite though. I am addicted to them. I use PB2 since i dont like the taste of protein powders. You just have to get the mixture the way you like it. Better with a blender and a banana though!

i stopped eating white bread and i only do wheat now. i would say that it helped for me only because the white bread I was eating had a lot more calories than the wheat bread that i eat now. plus, i do it more for the sugar reduction and other health reasons.

if you didnt get water from food and drink sources such as tea, i would be dead since i never drank plain water until recently.

my husband had them and they hurt so bad he eventually was only eating bread and water because he was so afraid to eat anything else. i would get another doctor's opinion and get it taken out quick!

allow yourself the junk food WHILE you diet or your body will crave it in the end. I try to have a dessert once a day ;-)

i make quick pizzas with nature's basket organic pizza sauce, any type of wheat bread or a wheat sandwich thin, giant eagle turkey pepperoni, and trader joes lite mozzarella cheese. it is soooo yummy and i can usually have it at under 450 calories for 4 slices.

I find this is the case with me when i am at ANY type of calorie deficit-even a small one. I try to stay active and that helps a lot! I think boredom makes it so much worse.

i lift weights 6-7 days a week and fit cardio in at least a half an hour each day also. Days that im off from lifting, i usually still do cardio.

i had high cholesterol and im pretty sure mine was due to red meat. I now eat more turkey, chicken, pork, and fish and my numbers are normal now.
