I dnt remember the exact i think around 140lb-150lb ... My weight through HS went up and down up and down probably as a freshman i weighed about 125lb-130lb...

usually I have a cheat meal once or twice a week .....I try for that 1 meal not to go over 1000 calories but sometimes I do ....I dnt really worry about it bc I'm usually under my calorie goal every day so I'm good

Yes it works when you eat your excerise calories I usually eat 75% of my exercise calories so far I've lost 41lbs and I'm following a 1200 calorie diet also

Im pretty consistent i work out 6-7 days a week and watch what i eat following a 1200 calorie diet... I've lost 41 lbs since Sept 2011 no more yoyo dieting or losing/gaining im losing this weight once and for all and then maintain
