Me too... i hope these last 19lbs come straight from my bottom half.. I've lost enough weight up top.... if i lose these 19lbs and still dnt feel good illhave to keep losing until i do

Hi I would like to know this too I'm very frustrated with being pear shaped !! I hate how all my weight is in hips and thighs... I dnt think I'll ever wear a bikini bc of how bottom heavy I am...I always wear a swim suit and then T-shirt and shorts over it

It took me 6 1/2 months to lose 41lbs ... I started in Sept 2011 , I have 18-20lbs to lose hoping to lose the rest by 6/30/12

I workout 6 days a week doing running/jogging, spinning and 2 strength training days for atleast an hour sometimes up to 2 hrs... I've decided on my "rest day " to walk for 60 mins

I have a cheat meal once or maybe twice a week and I do log whether I'm over or not ... I like logging it keeps me on track

i would buy my dream home a new car ( mercedes benz c class in black or cereluean blue) pay off all my debt, travel all over the world, pay off my parents home, buy them new cars, also give my mom $$ to start her own daycare/academy busines... Put $$ away for my 2 goddaughters... then help friends and family with any debt…

I know how u feel especially when scale doesn't show the number I want it's changes my whole mood for the day : ( like today I gained 1lb and I'm very USPET especially when I'm eating right and working out like crazy so frustrating at times but it's not gonna stop me from reaching my ultimate goal

I'm going based on what I remember I used to look like at my GW back in the day but I'm also looking at my BMI , my body fat and how my body looks as the weight drops

I eat back 50 to 75% of my calories from exercise and im still able to lose and average of 1.2-1.8lbs a week

I weigh twice a week every monday and friday morning...its been working for me and I do body measurements once a month
