Thanks so much everyone, this has been very helpful! I am going to try tweaking my goals on MFP, and to add some extra (healthy) calories earlier in the day, so I’m not tempted to eat crap with what I’ve got left in the evening. 👍

Yes, good idea to change up the settings so that I start out with a higher calorie number and can plan for it, rather than having a bunch of surprise calories at the end of the day! I would have to be careful on less active days though. Hmm good thinking, I stopped losing and have maintained since Jan.31. So I guess either…

I'm vegetarian, eating around maintenance, and shooting for about 100g per day. I do like tofu, and often have a protein shake or Luna bar on workout/lifting days. Feel free to add me if you like!

I have just bumped up to 2000, but it is taking a bit of time to adjust and get them all in (without just eating cookies, haha). I would love to add some friends in the same range as well! Have also just begun the NROL4W program.

I also like doing Ab training 3x per week. So next week my schedule…

I've adjusted my net goal so many times...now I've got it at 1620, and eat back some of my exercise calories - usually totalling between 1700-1900 per day. I also try really…

Agreed on the snow!! Hiit15 & Tone 30 done today. So.much.jumping. Whew!! Hiit 15 is really not my favourite!! I am also in need of resistance bands. Have been using hand weights in the meantime. I have to say, that this is the most I've ever enjoyed exercising. I totally look forward to my workouts. So glad I found turbo…

Hi! I'm fairly new to both turbo fire and MFP, I started both just over 2 weeks ago and have lost 4 pounds. I am looking to lose a total of 14-ish, and get rid of the muffin top. :) Feel free to add me - please include a msg saying you are in the turbo fire group!
