I find I work harder at home. get yourself a selection of cheap DVDs to start, something aerobic, something strength, something flexibility and rotate them every day. when you're feeling more powerful invest your time in a beach-body workout, that'll give you 3 months of exercise and a clear goal. get on it :drinker:

I think MFP overestimates how many carbs you need - have aplay with the settings, initially work out your weight in lbs then change the ratios of protein/carbs / fat until you get this number to match the number of grams of protein per day. stick with that for a week then tweak as you see fit :)

work through a sickness unless you physically cant. your body will thank you. simply minimise the high impact and anaerobic exercise. do something fun and straightforward like zumba :)

I don't know where you are, but the best bras i have ever found in the UK are at Marks and Spencers, mine is a 32G racerback (so no pull on the shoulders when you jump) with a zip front (no hooks!!!) - so comfortable and so strong!
