My preferred exercise in fitter days were Pilates, weight lifting and programmes like Chalene Xtreme. Now I'm pregnant I *plan* to do some pilates, some…

ChaLean Xtreme - ok to speed up the phases?
Hi, I was thinking that as my muscles are fairly well developed that I might just do 2 weeks phase 1, 3 weeks phase 2, and then the 4 weeks phase 3 before moving on to the p90x series? Can anyone suggest reasons for not doing this? Thanks!!
