Just cut out alcohol, fructose,caffeine and sugar (sweets, bread,etc.). And try eating proteins with fats, proteins with veggies, carbs with fats, carbs with veggies, fats with veggies, fats with sour food, sugar with sour food, beans with veggies and beans with fats.

Slow down- you're not on a race. And hydrate yourself an hour before running and try not drinking much water during the workout. Buy yourself good running shoes, play your favourite music and stop smoking if you do it.

OK. I went to my doctor today and she said I have colitis. She prescripted a probiotic and and a powder for a swollen stomach. I have mainly to eat liquid food. Any recipes?

Just don't give up! Follow the right diet and do the right exercise. Everything will be alright:) I recommend to find a plan in bodybuilding.com. It's awesome. Or go to the local gym and find the personal trainer. It's the best thing you can do for you.

I've read few days ago that low carb and evenly balanced diets are different in short term result, but they are similar in long term. So my advice is to decide if you like or not fruit and whole-wheat bread as much as me and it means a lot. I stick to the evenly balanced diet and it is working for me.
