I looooove Count Chocula. It's my most favorite cereal ever! I hate that it's only available around Halloween now and last year I wasn't able to find it at all. You can bet when I do, I'll buy several of them!

HW 194 CW 120 Height 5'2" 1600-1800 calories a day to lose. I have a desk job, walk a mile or two a day and lift twice a week.

Thanks! The only lifts I know are the 5 in the stronglifts program (squat, overhead, deadlift, bench press and row). I do this twice a week and not even real heavy because I do them at home and I don't have a squat rack or anything to save me if I fail on bench press. I just lift til I feel comfortable enough to progress.…

I like the Rap Strength Training station on Pandora. It's actually not a lot of rap but awesome club/dance music. Gets me pumped every time.

I feel you! I bought a 10 lb bag of leg quarters for $3.50 with a competitor's ad at wal-mart this past weekend. Normal price was around $7. ^ US sizes? I don't understand why I'm 121 and still in a 8/10. I must have massive amounts of fat still. Measurements are 27.5 waist, 37.5 hips. When I was 160 I was probably a 16.

Another rule they came up with is to make sure you don't leave skid marks in the toilet and spray freshener in the bowl before you poop. :relieved:

My co-workers made a rule that we couldn't eat anything at our desk that has an odor or requires a fork. The same one that came up with this rule is eating popcorn at her desk every day now. :confused:

I'll also recommend heavy weights. I found myself looking saggy and cellulite getting worse as I was losing until I upped my protein and started lifting heavy. I'm amazed at what it has done for my body composition!

@Chaelaz Awesome! I've never seen a white wing! We have the mourning doves and "ring necks". Someone will get a "pigeon" every now and then. I'm not sure of the exact species. It's not the pigeons that google shows when you look em up. They look like an extra large dove.

@Chaelaz depends on location and field prep here. The field above didn't have a lot of ground cut up and most of the birds were too high. We stayed on the tree line and did pretty good.
