I'm 5'2" currently 120. Not sure what my target weight should be. Still have a good bit of fat to lose but figure I will need to bulk when I get there. Been lifting a little over a year.

What you have accomplished is amazing! You are beautiful! We are all so hard on ourselves. I've only lost about half of what you lost but I have noticed since I began lifting heavy that things are firming up nicely.

I was just thinking the other day about when my cast was removed from my leg after being enclosed for 2 months. That leg had no muscle definition compared to the other. It looked scrawny, white, and hairy. haha. As soon as I began walking on it, the muscle quickly returned to the normal size. So.... ? Thoughts?

Getting there... 5'2" 120 currently. Highest weight was 194. I was around 136 when I began using mfp. I highly recommend lifting heavy weights and eating an adequate amount of protein while you are losing! My initial goal was 121. Now 116. Will reevaluate when I get there. Still have some flab that I want gone.

My cellulite just seemed to get worse and worse as I was losing until I started lifting heavy and upped my protein. It has diminished a good bit but I'm still working on lowering my body fat percentage. You've done an amazing job. Congrats!!

If you are unhappy with your percentage of fat, I suggest upping protein (if you aren't already eating enough), continue lifting heavy weights, and eat at a slight deficit. This stopped my walk because I had to watch... a baby mallard duck was taken underwater by a fish. the mother duck started frantically squawking. 3 male ducks flew from across the lake and they begin attacking the fish until it releases the baby duck. Wild!
