Hi I could have written this but so t have long covid as a trigger - I do have a bad back which is made worse by the extra 25kg I’ve Gained in past year! lol Where about are you? And what’s your favourite thing about low carb?

I have a low carb diet and only have it once or twice a week.....otherwise I cheat! I have roast butternut squash which in olive oil is like roast pots....i have diced parsnips which gives a consistancy of rissolle pots which does well....and spaghetti is replaced with thinly sliced cabbage fritsed very quickly in olive…

HI I rave about bio oil! I had a raised scar on my arm and it's now faded.....don't know about the stretch marks but I think if it works on deep scars then it should!!

Lol I am a size 24 and wonder around naked to moisturise then dress....totally agree with this one! if you don['t like it go into the stall or don't change at the gym....same as the communal showers why change into a swim suit then get in the shower?!?!?

see I have a stomach condition which requires that amount of fibre and I can never get there! so what do you eat that makes it get that high?
