I didn't take any pictures but I did have a PB&J sandwich, a sprite and some nachos without the cheese. I wouldn't really say that it was an epic fail because it's under my calorie intake and I've still got a lot left. But it probably wasn't very healthy.

I don't have a cheat day. I just eat what I want and count the calories. You can eat whatever you want to as long as it's under the calorie recommendation. Just don't go pigging out on too many ice cream cones. One or two a day is fine. XD

You don't have to exercise in the mornings. If you have the time and don't have anything else to do exercise in the afternoon. That's what I do.
