Ive noticed that when I exercise, I am either not that hungry or if I eat dinner, I do not want to snack. I think working out suppresses the appetite, with me anyway.

Ok starting Monday, I am going to go cold turkey..no processed foods, fruits,dairy. Im going to do a week of clean eating..im even going to cut the butter if i can. Boiling or baking my chicken or fish, veggies of galor and lets see what that does..

Yea I have been on a low carb high protein diet for a week, and my cravings has beeb to a minimum, my sugar intake is going down daily....and I am having a hard time hitting 2000 calories a day because I am not that hungry...

I took a break from working out yesterday cause my limbs are sore, and still is, i think thats why i am also retaining water. But How much sodium should one cosume daily, On MFP it has me at 2500 i believe a day. Should I aim for lower, I have been going over them.

I did hear that to, and I think its because they are keeping a closer eye on their weight, now if I had reached goal then yes I would look at the scale daily, just so I can keep attract of if i gained or loss somemore, but for me in the past I would get discouraged if it do not move after a few days

That was a good tip of doubling the water intake , I think I shall try that, I have just started drinking water a few weeks ago, before it will nothing but pop and juice...But Maybe I can drink 1 bottle of water an hour, and do that for the next week to see what happens. Thanks everyone for the tips, I have been to the gym like 3 days in a row, and today I am taking a break cause I am honestly soar. But I did not know that when you resistant training that you retain water, I have def been doing strength training and zumba, so that can also be another reason why the scale has not been going…

I am trying to down the water, I actually had 8 cups yesterday, I don't think I recorded it, but I did hear that when you drink more water. less water is retained.
