I am also 5 9, your weight depends on your frame. If you have a bigger frame then you can support more weight. I've been down to 120 before and on my frame it makes me look malnurished my goal is between 135-145 not sure where but once I get there I'll know what looks good. I'm down 65lbs now and its barely coming off my tummy. I've lost 2 cup sizes and have great arms and legs but my tummy is still there/looks bigger since everywhere else is so much smaller. Still working at it though, its going away just slowly and last.

Love my legs, my calves are so toned now. Although they were never far off, but i was a tri-athleate.
