I get busy and or lazy with logging that is why there are missing entries but I can assure you I don't eat crap. I try my best to eat "clean". But I can be more strict with my logging and see if I notice a pattern. I also am bad with drinking water so I'll try to up my fluids.

The wine is a scam. The wine per ounce is the same amount of calories as in normal wine. I drink Yellow tail Merlot and they both have the same amount of calories per ounce. Skinny girl just sells smaller bottles which is how they get away with saying it's less calories.

I'm obsessed with Almond butter. I discovered that if you put a tbsp in a 1/2 cup of french vanilla yogurt and mix it really well that it tastes like peanut butter ice cream. I just froze some last night to see if it freezes well.

I'm maintaining my weight bc i do not exercise. I wish i had 2 hours a day to work out. I would love to do kickboxing and there is a place near me that offers it but it's at 730pm and i have no one to watch my baby. Ugh. i need to figure out a way to incorporate exercise
