Heaviest 160lbs. Lightest 120 lbs. Now at 151 lbs after having lost 9 lbs in the last 5 weeks. My goal is 125 but I'll settle for 130. :)

About 3, sometimes more sometimes less. For me, it's all about the calories I'm consuming.

The clothes I wore two years ago before I gained weight. If you've ever seen a Sundance catalog, that's my style. I have a pair of jeans I bought back then and never wore them -- then gained weight and wasn't ABLE to wear them. They are just sitting in my dresser waiting for me to reach my goal! :D
