Brazil Butt Lift definitely works the bum and makes it lifted and shapely. I did this for 3 weeks and noticed a difference.

First, eat your exercise calories back. Second, make healthy changes like PP suggested. Keep working on it, it will come off! One thing I've learned is compare=despair. Your loss is better than mine and I've been at it since December last yr. The only loser in this game is the one who gives up!!

I got some and made them last night. They were great!! I got the House Foods brand with Tofu. 20 cals only!! I found the fishy odor was gone with rinsing. I used a greased pan (that I'd just emptied from something else) and stir fried them in. The texture was closer to rice noodles..it was great with the bean sprouts. I've…

I'm very sorry for your loss. Hugs.

For breakfast - try eating a whole wheat toast with eggs or PB on top. Oatmeal with milk is close to 300 cals and very filling! Lunch - Try a wrap or sandwich with hummus, avocado, cheese, grilled veggies and add a lean meat if you eat meat. Dinner - For me it's more like rice and beans, or wheat pasta, or indian chapati…

Are you starting off on a hill or even a slight incline when outdoor? I find that makes me work harder right off the bat. I can do it after I've been running for a while but if it's rightaway I get winded quickly. Try walking 5 min and then start a slow jog. That's how couch25k program has it and somehow it helps if you…

Search for 'breastfeeding' unde food and add it.You need to eat those calories or you wont lose much or your supply will suffer. NAK so not very detailed..

I can't wait to try them. I shop at the asian grocery store for most things anyways..never saw them but then I wasn't looking for them either. Thanks for the tips about rinsing and dry fry..

This is enlightening. I have just picked up running and am able to run 45 min (with walking in between on slopes). I was wondering about my legs strength as in the past I've tried to run and absolutely hated it (back in 2007). However, this time I had been doing the 30DS which has tons of squats, lunges, planks moves prior…

MFP sets the macros so wrong..make them 40-30-30 (protein-fat-carb). You can change them under goals in your profile area. It will keep you out of red. You're doing great! Also- make sure you eat your exercise calories back!! It is very important specially when you're doing heavy workouts like Insaity/bootcamp/P90x etc.…

I love celery. I love it even more with greek yogurt!! Wonderfully balanced snack that way. My toddler loves it with greek yogurt too.

Wheat bread sandwich with hummus or avocados as the dressing, veggies, cheese slice. You can add meat if you like. I'm vegetarian so I don't but it's a pretty good sandwich.

You're in Delhi?! I'm jealous!! My family is in Delhi - west (Vikaspuri) and south. Somehow I never have to worry about food when I'm visiting and still manage to easily lose weight. Ok - you won't find greek yogurt..you may find avocados. Try the multigrain flour..it's great!

My dad's diabetic and he keeps hard candies nearby. I had gestational diabetes with my first kid and had episodes. I learned to keep some fruit and candy with me.

You can reset your macros by going into goals, change goals manually. Set them to 40% protein, 30% carbs, 30% fats. I am vegetarian and eat Indian most of the times..so getting that much protein is hard for me but I try! Sending you a friend request. My diary is open if you want to look :) It's far from perfect though.…

Figure out why you're hungry. Is it because you're not eating enough calories? Is it because it's the wrong type of foods? (simple carbs instead of complex) Is it really hunger or could you be thirsty?

Hello Vaibhav Fellow Indian..What are you trying to achieve? Are you trying to build muscle, you said you're not overweight. If you're looking to get fit, build some muscle you're going to have to eat at or above your maintenance and exercise, and eat your exercise calories. You're eating less than I am and I am a little 5…

Growing up we didn't get a choice. Everyone ate the exact same meal. If one kid didn't care for/want a side, they did without that particular side but still ate the remaining. Now, when I had my firstborn, he was picky and we were lenient as parents. Plus he went to the daycare and got served mozzarella sticks, chicken…

On my first 5K race few yrs ago, my time was 38. There were many who finished after me. Many people also just walk fast and do no jogging. Also- I found myself speeding up towards the end when the finish line was in sight so you may be surprised and get a better # than while training. Having all the other people there…

Like any grocery store, you will find ready made, processed food in an Indian store on the shelf and in the fridge/freezer sections. If you want healthy, cook from scratch! You will find a wide variety of beans, lentils and different types of chickpeas so you can try those. Also nearby you will find a variety of…

Yep yep. Might I add it may be extra yummy with coconut milk..be sure to add sugar since condensed milk is the only sweet ingredient here.
-
My recipe is similar to this - http://indianfood.about.com/od/sweetsanddesserts/r/cocobarfi.htm It uses condensed milk instead of the traditional method. Traditionally, it is made with milk solids (khoya) that can only be found in Indian store. This recipe should give good results.

Never: Meat Rarely: Alcohol (champagne, wine coolers etc..), Soda (gave it up couple yrs ago), juice (i love fresh juice but we quickly run out of fruits) Always: Fruits, Veggies, grains, cheese, nuts on a daily basis. I also have some kind of treat like peanut brittle, one or 2 cookies, etc. Moderation is the key here.
