Has anyone had trouble viewing this spreadsheet? I open it, see the data for a couple seconds then the spreadsheet is gone. Have tried refreshing the page, closing out and reopening, nothing works.

I brew a pitcher of iced tea using 2 large Luzianne teabags and 2 large green teabags. I add 1/2 cup Splenda and 1/2 cup lemon juice. I could omit the Splenda. Can this be substituted for the water?

Thanks for posting I am hating all the water too. I put lemon juice in and it's a bit more tolerable. I have a question, I brew iced tea with 2 large tea bags of Luzianne and 2 large tea bags of green tea I add about 1/2 cup Splenda and 1/2 cup lemon juice. Can I please please count this for my water????

I, too, have "scale anxiety" but I will never be without one again. I lost my job a few years ago and was home all the time depressed, eating, eating more, etc. I knew I had probably gained weight but I was seriously shocked to find I had gained more than 30 pounds! I will never go more than a week again without weighing.

Thanks so much for replying Kar, I have tried replacing my white potatoes, rice, or pasta with another vegetable that's been helpful for me. I haven't tried cooking in bulk, but that's a really good idea. I love to cook and there's less temptation when you have something good for you ready!:smile:

Just read your post Ruby, I am new too. Have found most here to be kind and helpful. Don't be discourage by the few rude comments, just block those people. I would agree if it's something you don't normally do everyday, log it. After a month or so you can use the reports and probably know for yourself if it should count.…

I also can't get my self to start exercising. Walked on treadmill first week everyday. After that nothing. I feel guilty. Going to the gym today. At least that's my intention. I challenge you to do some moving too!
