  • Sure you can, if you divide up your workouts in different bodyparts you can do them both on the "leg" day. As long as you aren't too tired after one or the other you do the other squat in the same workout. Just listen to your body so you do not overtrain. :)
  • They probably think that you are hot, I doubt they are thinking "what is she doing in here". Nothing to worry about, be strong and just do it. Don't let this put you off, weight lifting is great for everyone. Good luck!

  • "regardless of what the label says" There is no "hidden" calories that are not declared on the label. Your friend is misinformed. Protein on the other hand is a must for anyone trying to build muscle in any way (sprinter, bicycling, triathlon training, weightlifting.. anything really)
