  • Did my weigh in today! and even with all my setbacks, I lost 2 pounds! woot, here's to getting on track. I decided to get a gym pass and hire a personal trainer... hopefully that will provide some motivation :)
  • Totally got off track. I need to get back on board, get exercising back on the menu and candy off of it. Here's to getting back in the game. Wish me luck!!!
  • Kinda sad, I got sick over the weekend and didnt follow my plan at all. Trying to get back on track now. Weight is the same. Thanks everyone for the motivation. I need to sign on more and read your inspiring stories to keep myself going!!
  • Evening everyone!! So I met my mini goal of working out, but I totally blew my eating healthy mini goal. I will do it tomorrow. This is my time :) Looking forward to dress shopping for my upcoming wedding. -Mooly

  • Mini goal today is to make sure I get some exercise and stick to a healthy dinner. Last night I had pizza, and even though it fit into my calories, I still want to make sure my eating is cleaned up a bit.... spend those calories on something healthier. Happy Thursday everyone :)
  • I am in the same boat. Went to a wedding show this weekend and ate way too much. Working on being better this week. Will weigh myself on Saturday and let you know. So far, 0 pounds lost.
  • I cheated a bit too much on the weekend and just maintained my weight. Hopefully my next weigh-in will show some good results!!! Completed my mini goal today of working out, walking the dog, and cleaning house!!! :) Happy nutrition to everyone, -Mooly

  • Good morning!!! So far doing great and I did great on my goals yesterday. Today I already worked out and am working at staying positive and within my calorie limit. Have a great Friday everyone!

  • I achieved 1 of my 2 mini goals today so far, i did my workout.... now all I need to do is make sure I stay within my calorie limit :) . So far so good and all I have left is to eat lunch. Congrats everyone on making your goals. This group is definitely motivating me.

  • How did your first visit go? I have my 3rd visit happening this weekend and I am nervous that I haven't really lost any weight this round. Hoping this group can help with support and motivation. Hope you are all doing well!
