1060 sounds low enough to put you in starvation and I think you proved that didn't work. You can set your weight loss goal to 2 lbs/week and even then it tells you to eat far more than 1200 depending on your body weight.

I'm always over on mine as well but I eat a LOT of bread, which is bad. But I also try to do at least a little exercise every day plus I try to eat a lot of fruit, also very carb dense.

If you're too far under every day try eating a little more every day, your body will get used to it your stomach will stretch and you will eventually be hungry enough to eat all your calories.

Mine is set to 1400 but I try to stay between 1200 and 1400 once I get to my GW I plan on upping my calories to like 1800 but I'm not going to get back into eating unhealthy crap like I used to. I'll still eat healthy just more so that I stop losing but don't gain.

I have always hated diet soda so I was quitting the real thing. I haven't fully given it up, not really, I'll get a can from the vending machine at school every now and then (like once a month or less) but I always drink water.

I remember reading on the site somewhere that the reason it doesn't track your calories from strength is because there are too many factors that can affect it (speed, time between reps, etc)

I think it is very healthy, if you aren't eating the crap that is basically candy and dessert. your problem is exactly opposite of mine, I can hardly get protein in. I don't eat meat and I'm trying to cut out eggs/dairy I'm going to try to get some protein powder next chance I get.

well I clicked this hoping it would help me but I just calculated my BMR and its like 2336 I couldn't begin to eat that many calories in a day, I'd turn into a whale! Then I checked the MFP one and it says 2014, still more than I eat but less scary. And then a third that says I should eat 2813. what the hell?
