I'm 30 stay at home mama... my daughter is 8, my son is 4.... I'm doing everything at home, cooking and working out... like most people.. I am on a budget, but making it work! Everyone is free to add me!

Now actually, at 30lbs... Which bummed me out at first, but I am taller so that's most likely why..

My doctors scale is the same way... It still. Shows the same loss, but says I'm 6lbs more than I am at home... I just go by my home scale.. I know it accurate I've tested it!

Not really counting calories. But I am usually around 1400-1600 I pay more attention to protein, fat and carb intake...

Whatever you decide, keep In Mind there is no magic pill, shake, diet... It's all a gimmick! Eat a clean diet within your macros and you will do just fine! :) To me it's very expensive, you can spend that money on good food and exercise equipment or gym membership ;)

I cut out chemical-laden over processed foods... And started to make my own meals and snack from whole foods, real food! :) I "upped" my protein and fiber intake and switch myself to healthy fats... My diary is open to friends, feel free to add me!

Yes! I add flax seed to my smoothies, fruits and veggies and some other things... My diary is open to friends if you want you can add me for ideas..

I have the same problem... This is what works for me, I drink water before I eat, eat my portion sized meal... Wait a little bit start putting leftovers away clean the kitchen up.... I rarely have 2nds anymore.... Plus if I'm preparing dinner I put fresh fruit fruit or veggies on the counter for me to snack on while…

Ugh, I know a few people like that! My older sister is one of them! Definitely issues with her life and self and she's just a negative person. Hit her back with something positive to say!

Yes!! I did a 50 minute walk in the morning then did HIIT for another 30 yesterday and I was hungry allllll day! I ate though, I learned quick you have to eat to lose :)

I actually heard about it from a friend at church so I typed it into YouTube and found some awesome ones... It's hard, for me I'm out of shape and over weight.... So it's extra hard lol! But I burn tons of calories!
