So I have a smoothie for breakfast several mornings a week. Spinach, banana, apple, etc. It's obviously green and looks pretty gross. The other morning I went into work with it and a co-worker immediately that it looked gross and that she hates smoothies. Ok.

She knows that I've been going to the gym and while several co-workers have positively commented on my appearance, she said, "I don't see much difference."

Now, normally I speak my mind with anyone. But I just smiled and walked away. Why? Because she is overweight and was eating chocolate Easter eggs at 7 am.

Yep. Her problem is with herself, not you.

Ugh, I know a few people like that! My older sister is one of them! Definitely issues with her life and self and she's just a negative person. Hit her back with something positive to say!
