Just curious - wouldn't a 16/8 intermittent fast just be considered normal eating? I mean, unless you eat when you sleep or you don't sleep 8 hours.

It works in Chrome, now! I had to do it manually. I clicked on Tampermonkey in the upper right corner of Chrome, and "Add a new script". I copied that exact code above into the box and hit save. Voila! I hope my trial and error helps others using Chrome. :)
-
I also want to add - I installed Firefox, added Greasemonkey and installed the script and it DID work. However, I'm not a huge fan of Firefox. I think I figured it out with Chrome, though... and there isn't any way around the problem. Instead of "Installing" the script, I clicked "Process With Chrome". When it tried to…

I'm having issues with this - it won't work. I use Google Chrome on my laptop. I installed Tampermonkey (the Chrome equivalent for Greasemonkey), and then installed the script. I made the necessary changes to the script to do PointsPlus, saved it, and nada. It says in the corner that the code is on and enabled, but my…

I meant switching up your diet a little bit. If you eat the same thing all the time, maybe changing what you eat - or if you eat pretty healthy, throw in some extra healthy fats like avocado and nuts. Maybe have a certain day where you eat a little more or a little less, just to break out of that cycle. Back when I lost…

Just keep at it. You're doing so well, so far! You'll have weeks where you lose more, you'll have weeks where you lose less - that's just the way of things! Maybe changing up your food or exercise routine will shake things up a little bit. Change something if you aren't happy with it, and see what happens. You're gonna…

It'll get better with time. The first week is definitely hard, but as the weeks go on, you'll notice the food fantasies and cravings will slowly start to fade. They never go away completely, though. If you want to give in, try to make room for a little splurge once in awhile. :)

I have those cravings all the time. But then I think about how great I feel when I eat well, and how sluggish I feel and regret using all those calories on something crappy when I could have had several healthy things. You can still have crap once in awhile... just find a way to fit it in without going overboard. :) I work…

I feel ya. Back when I was a teenager, I was put on Effexor XR and going off of it (because it wasn't working) was some of the worst experiences of my life. I had something they call "brain shivers" where it feels like your brain is being jolted by a surge of electricity whenever you turn your head or look in a different…

Thanks for the input, guys! You've been a big help. :)

Probably not. You look kinda... stick figurish? XD

I'm a 10 (so far), when I started at my heaviest I was 13... I would like to be an 8. But we shall see. :) I just want to fit into my old clothes.

Haha! It says cockatoo. XD

Confidence.

0% fat yogurt is crap. A little fat won't kill you. Try 2% if you're feeling hesitant - it's delicious. I add it to smoothies, but I also use it as a replacement for sour cream in savory dishes. On top of sweet potatoes, with curry dishes, or add some dip mix to it to make dips for veggies and whatnot. Or maybe you just…

Holy crap - I didn't realize there were so many protein powders out there. XD To make mine into a "meal" I like to use a scoop of President's Choice Whey Protein Isolate (unflavoured) with two handfuls of baby spinach, half a cup of frozen fruit (like mangoes or pineapple), half a frozen banana, a few sprigs of parsley, a…

Simply put... Strength training. Eat more.

Here's an idea: Eat healthy, exercise, and drink lots of water. THAT is the 'miracle weight loss supplement'. ;) Dr. Oz is a quack. *quacks*

Eliminate ALL the foods!

Your eating choices seem alright at first glance, but your calories are waaay too low. You'll lose weight of course, but it's not going to be pleasant, that's for sure. If I could just give one pointer - eat the egg yolks once in awhile. Atleast one or two. Your body needs fat to lose fat, simply put - a few egg yolks…

That sounds AWESOME. Is it weird that I like mayonnaise on my hot dogs, along with some regular chips? :) And ketchup, mustard, relish, onions, tomatoes if I have them. I haven't had a hot dog in a lonnng time!

Thanks. :) Well, I was definitely looking for other people's experience with it.

I don't have cable, and don't like a lot of T.V shows, but I got Netflix and started watching The X-Files and Californication, and they are both awesome. I also started watching Walking Dead on Netflix but only got as far as the seasons they provide. Great series! I've watch Degrassi since I was a kid - saw Degrassi Junior…

Goodness. Well that's not good. I'd definitely recommend speaking to a professional. They can probably offer better advice, especially since you have a few restrictions on your diet. I only took nutrition in chef school, so I'm probably not your best source for nutritional information. XD

Also, you mentioned that you gained a bit of weight while eating 800+ over your maintenance calories. I'd keep at that! It sounds like you found a "sweet spot" to get to where you want to be. It'll take time, but don't give up!
