Fantasising constantly about food!

Been calorie counting just over a week now, and I always seem to struggle at night. I've gone over my allowance a few times too. I have lost a bit already though. Can anyone give any advice to spur me on?

    It'll get better with time. The first week is definitely hard, but as the weeks go on, you'll notice the food fantasies and cravings will slowly start to fade. They never go away completely, though. If you want to give in, try to make room for a little splurge once in awhile. :)
