  • I'm in :) I've been thinking about doing this. :drinker:
  • I have about 33 pounds to go to hit my 199 lb goal. Total I have about 70-75 lbs to go to reach my goal weight. Feel free to add me!!
  • I've been trying to lose weight for a lot of years... This time I mean business. From many past experiences I can tell you that you will fail. At least a little bit. It's okay. Just don't beat yourself up over it or do what I did. Every time I slipped up I used it as an excuse to stop dieting and exercising. I've learned…
  • So the TDEE is an estimate of your BMR + the calories you burn exercising + what you might burn otherwise doing everyday things? I think I get it now. The TDEE is an estimate of what you might burn with everything you're doing daily like walking around the office, going up and down stairs... not just bmr and calories…
  • Awesome job! The first week is always the hardest. I'm on W3D3 tomorrow. I do my running on the treadmill... I've written down exactly what times I need to run and walk.. I'm going to wait before running outside... I'm still trying to figure out what my conversational pace is..

I'm not running very fast either. My first goal is to be able to run without stopping for 20-30 minutes then I'll work in speed.
  • I started the c25k last week. Yesterday was W2D1 for me. I'm embarrased to say this but running on the treadmill I can only run at 3.5 mph. I have only been running at 3 mph but I found out yesterday when I ran at that speed I wasn't even remotely breathing hard. I don't want to run faster than my conversational pace but I…
  • Support-wise you've come to the right place. I reached my lowest point a few years ago and decided I had enough of being fat and depressed. I had tried and failed multiple times to lose weight before that but my heart wasn't in it. I feel that if deep down you don't really want to do it with every part of your being you…
  • I made it about halfway through 30ds a few months ago. I stopped because of medical issues. I just wanted to say that I had to modify a lot of the moves for my fitness level like the pushups and some of the other exercises. I really enjoyed it. I plan on starting it again in a few weeks. I haven't exercised in a while so…
