Great thread with lots of great info! I've been sticking to the 1200 cal per day and sometimes haven't been eating back my exercise calories. Moving forward, I will be eating more. No wonder the scale hasn't budged!

Great advice here! I'm in the same boat as you. As much as I try to not focus on the visible changes, it's sometimes hard not to. Every day is a new chance to get closer to our goal of being healthier. We can do this!
