to me this isnt a diet its a lifestyle change and if i go out for dinner and indulge so be it, im not going to lock myself in a cupboard and hide out for the rest of my life im going to enjoy life moderation is the key, each persons weight loss journey is their own to do in their own way so I dont see why other peoples…

my mother lost her weight over about 3 years and kept it off without a problem as she slowly changed her lifestyle and she didn't feel like she was on a "diet" so i think you are doing great atleast the scales are moving in the right direction, keep up the good work

Thanks for the replies everyone i will just go with what it says for now as i never eat back my exercise calories, so with watching what i eat and exercising for atleast 30minutes daily i should see some results

you may find you have turned fat into muscle which weighs the same but muscle takes up less space so that would explain why you are down a dress size good idea is to take measurements when you start as you cant always go by the numbers on the scale
