It true that I have found that gum ingredients have changed on us. But, the way I look at it it's gum, its taste yummy. It kinda bites that you all get belly aches. I've chew a pack a day at some point and it never bothered me. Now that I'm thinking about gum imma bout to go get some. Dam these cravings!! lol.

Thats what i heard but, i was on it and it did nothing to me but, my good friend was on it an gained a tremendous amount of weight. The thing is that my metabolism is natural slow, lol. So for it not to make me gain weight, lucky i guess.

Well, i was told to shock your body. Stop doing the same ol' routing and change it up and take a break. Your body needs time to recuperate and plenty of protein.
