I personally think I'd prefer to lose all the weight and then go shopping and buy hot clothes that actually fit! But that's just me. I know if I got clothes too small as a motivator I'd probably just feel disheartened that they didn't fit.

Going to a 21st and seeing the photos the next day. I couldn't even recognise the person standing next to my boyfriend, I looked awful. I knew it was time to make a change and become someone worthy of him.

Mine would definitely be salty/fatty foods more so than sweets or dairy! Like chips or two minute noodles, definite downfalls for me!
