  • It was an eye opener for me to see how much sugar I was consuming... but I've cut those out and I'm on my way to a healthier me!
  • I would say first of all find out how many cal you are eating and start cutting from there ... it not easy to just jump and cut down to 1200 a day... and cut out all the junk food!
  • ty! I need to go and get my self checked again last time I check my body fat was on 30% and I'm only 5' tall and weight 100 pounds!! my goal is to go down to a 20-25 range
