This is just what I do, but it seems to help me. I eat back some of my exercise calories but not all. If I were sure of my logging and calories burned, I would eat more of them back but I don't have a heart rate monitor, and I sometimes am not quite sure how to log certain things I eat. From what I gather, MFP…

I have not given up wine/beer/spirits totally but try to limit--I used to have 5-6 drinks/week--now it's more like 2-3--and sometimes not even that. I've never had a problem overeating when I drink, and I do enjoy it :)!!

I would agree that eating healthy as you can is the most important--and it sounds like you've been doing that! As far as the total weight gain of pregnancy--they started for me at my first appointment which was at 9 weeks.

Hi!!! I sent a friend request as well!!! It is so hard to eat well on the go--at least I find it so. I am also sounding like Dr. Seuss so I'd better stop :).
-
That is TOTALLY inspiring--thank you for sharing. You look amazing :)!
-
I think it's very possible but you have to want it and believe in yourself! It's not going to happen without a lot of dedication, that's for sure!
-
You look FABULOUS--just fabulous!! Well done!
-
FABULOUS job!! That is really great work!

:(...so sorry, and I can't imagine how tough it will be to run without your buddy!!!!! Sending prayers and hugs, and know your pup is always with you in your heart!!

First of all--YAY YOU!! What a fantastic job you've done/are doing--totally impressed am I! Your workout diary would rival an Olympic athlete's schedule I think. I would say for a short period of time a schedule like that might be ok, but I'd worry about the long term effects. You've come so far that you wouldn't want to…

Europe--Final Countdown is great too!

Hi fellow Iowan! I'm on here every day, and it really does help having some folks looking out for you! I am happy to do that for you if I can!! I'm a mom too, and it sure is hard raising kids, holding a job, AND trying to be healthy, but I've procrastinated long enough :)!!!

Totally amazing!! I'd like to try a marathon one day :)...but it's SO FAR :)!

I smoked for 20 years--quit 10 months ago. There's a lot I miss about the comfort of cigarettes--they were always there for me ;)--but, I'm finding I miss them less and less, and I am saving a TON and I truly do feel much better. I know some people can have an occassional one or two, but not me--total addict--must be done…
-
That is a SUPER fast time--great job!! And congratulations on quitting smoking--I quit ten months ago, and it's NOT easy!!

Monk in the Trunk--wish it were available in more places than just Florida. Had it on vaca, and it was the best beer I ever had.

 As fate would have it, I have never once dated an older man--always been younger. My hubby is almost three years younger than me, and it actually bothers me sometimes., he is just finally in my same decade...:noway:

Awesome job on the 1/2 :)! I've heard really good things about the Chicago marathon--flat, fast--and it's in October. The last few years have been pretty warm...but it could go either way!

I do not carry much cash--rarely use it. My husband always has cash, and I mean always...he does not like debit/credit cards.
