  • It's called the Dawn Effect. You can Google it and it will give you a lot of information on it. I'm a newbe and my morning were in the 200 and the rest of the day in the 120. My Doctor doubled my night time med and now I'm at about 114 in the morning. Hope this helps. Papa369
