if your stuck in a plateau, u should try to change your routine. try doing a different work out or reduce your calorie intake or increase. because ur body is getting used to the same routine.. so mix it up a bit.. give it a little shock..

awww welcome and thats an amazing loss. u shouldnt be starving urself.. just try to follow what MFP has given u to follow. and if u see a good progress u can continue with it but if not then u can add more calories and so on!! i live in the middle eat but im ALWAYS online here so ill add u and ill try my best to motivate…

yea u should get an HRM for an accurate calorie burn. because when i compare between the ones in the database and what i burn. much difference.. so i cant depend on the work outs in the database

lol okay so me wearing this annoying strap on watch was useless!! so do i trust the online calculator? what about the test i did at the gym?? maybe it wasnt accurate..

ohhhh it is a HRM then!!! so it is only good for counting calories burnt for work out!!

i calculated my BMR using an online calculator n its 1593 kcal daily calorie needs = BMR x sedenaty level = 1593 x 1.2 = 1911 kcals the test i did at the gym said i burn 1247 a day.. who do i believe?

awww :( u came to the right place!!!! it takes time and sometimes we will cheat but doesnt mean its over. we just leave that day behind and move on.. i have been cheating all this past week and still was able to lose half a KG! so dont worry.. i'm 24/7 ON MYFITNESSPAL.. so i got yo bak gurl!

helloo and welcome to MFP!!! my goal is to lose around 7-8 KG by 31st DEC but of course continue after that.. my calorie intake is set to 1200 calories a day... i want to lose 2 pounds a week!!!!

that happens sometimes..as i know that it takes month to reach weight plateau.. read about it.. and see if its what ur going through.. maybe u need to shock ur body since it got used to the routine.. maybe reduce the calories ur eating for a weak.. read about it online.. good luck
